BARBERA SOLUTION
Guests have access to a historical structure, with wide spaces and 8 beds. If requested, up to a maximum of 10, can be guaranteed.
On the ground floor, there are:
- adequately equipped kitchen
- the living room, with TV and reading area
- the dining room, with two tables, fireplace, sofa and small armchairs

MOSCATO SOLUTION
Guests will enjoy a comfortable and functional home.
On the ground floor, there is the living area, with lounge and equipped kitchen.
On the first floor, the “Dumas” master bedroom, furnished with antique furniture and with a large master bathroom next door.
On the second floor, on the other hand, there are the rooms “Cervantes”, with double bed, and “Carducci”, with single bed, all furnished with modern solutions.

Daily cost: € 85.00, for a minimum of 4 days.
General cleaning and linen change are done once a week. On request, daily tidying is also possible.
Final cleaning fee: € 75.00 per week.
The electricity supply and water are included in the price.
The use of comfortable gas heating through cast iron radiators is calculated according to consumption, for a reference share of € 0.80 per cubic meter.

AT THE DISPOSAL OF CUSTOMERS
Guests can use various common areas, all useful for the needs and pleasures of the stay, such as: laundry, ironing, shelter bicycles and motorcycles, a large covered panoramic terrace and, finally, the pergola with the swing, the barbecue, tables and chairs.
The house also has a garage for a small car.
The Wi-Fi network is available in the common areas.
The historical brick cellar with vaulted ceilings and the garden are available to customers for parties, receptions and conferences.
POSSIBILITY OF EXCURSIONS
Guests wishing to visit the area will be recommended by professional staff who will provide them with all the tourist information they need about the historical and artistic attractions of the area and related activities, the various food and wine opportunities and events of the moment.
BREAKFAST
Casa Visconti offers you a rich continental breakfast with: tea and infusions, coffee, milk, yogurt, cereals, brioches, biscuits, bread, focaccia, homemade jams, honey, fruit and the traditional amaretti di Mombaruzzo. On request, also eggs and cheese. Please indicate any intolerance or special needs.
